Description
PINK FLOYD: MORE
I will try my best to describe this record as honestly as possible. Photographs are included to help you assess condition and value. I accept that sometime issues like "sound quality" can be subjective so I offer a no quibble return policy if your purchase does not meet your expectations.
Initial pressings only selling in their handful, this is a rare opportunity to own a very early pressing.
Brief overview: Sleeve is close to excellent, visually the vinyl is near excellent however playback has noticeable background noise in places.
EMI Columbia (one box) Stereo
1969 Side 1: YAX 3868 1G plus 1 (at 9 o'clock) and GO (at 3 o'clock)
Side 2: YAX 3869 plus GH (at 3 o'clock)
Sleeve: The Garrod and Lofthouse front laminated sleeve is in near excellent condition, a fairly minor crease to the top right of the sleeve and a slight uplift to the flipback prevent a near mint grading. The back of the sleeve is tinted green with the couple facing west.
Vinyl: looks very clean with little evidence of play. Due to extreme quiet passages, back ground noise is sometimes audible, if it was a Black Sabbath album it wouldn't be noticeable. There are no loud clicks or pops but please note that on occasions there is audible background noise.
Labels: A very few spider trails around the spindle holes but little evidence of play.
Inner sleeve: very good, clean with no rips or splits - original (I think).
The record will be posted out in a professional cruciform mailer (pizza box style) with corrugated card stiffeners. The disc will be removed from the outer sleeve prior to shipping. If the inner sleeve is original, I will put the disc in a generic sleeve to avoid damage to the original. The album will also be housed in a PVC protective sleeve.
I don't spend all day hooked up to my computer but will guarantee to answer any questions within 24 hours.
I unconditionally guarantee anything I sell, so buy with confidence.
