Description
Pink Floyd Piper At The Gates Of Dawn LP UK Mono SX 6157-Blue/black Columbia label with 'Sold in UK'text-orig.pressing of their 1st LP starring the late greats Syd Barrett and Rick Wright who are both very prominent on this classic debut LP.Matrix XEX 3419-2 and XEX 3420-1.
The cover has been signed by Pete in the top left hand corner and is supposed to be Pete Bown the Recording Engineer on this LP.The cover has a good no.of creases/nicks etc.and is showing its use BUT certainly nothing at all major and still well reasonable.Would grade VG.Cover has File Under text(as with a no.of RC statements in its guide I am not wholly sure about their comments re.this!).
The disc is in nice condition-sharp clear colour labels.One or two hairlines and some smaller marks/scuffing under artificial light but generally clean and plays great-a really good clear listen.Grades around VG+to EX-.
A well reasonable copy with the rare Mono mix which shows a lot of differences over the whole LP.
