Response to question on condition :
On close investigation I would still say that in daylight I would go for near mint apart from last 2 tracks on side 2, they have a light mark across them.
I have played those tracks loud on an a excellent system and yes there is some very light crackling in quiet parts but nothing to distract.
Again the rest of the album played on the same system sounds it fine, there is some light static now and again but overall would rate as excellent. The LP is now over 40 years old and has been played so it is not a mint unplayed copy so there will be some background noise and an occassional static pop.
Under electric spotlight I would say there are paper type light scuffs and 3 light marks across a couple of tracks where I would suggest the stylus has has moved across them. These are extremely light and overall it has been extremely well looked after.
If I had owned this record for 40 years and played it once a year and still have it in this condition and I am pretty careful with my records, I would be extremely happy and impressed.
Overall taking daylight and electric spotlight views I would rate as definitely a minimum of condition Very Good Plus by Goldmine standards.
A professional clean might improve listening even further but I am reluctant to risk that as it already looks an impressive record and I would prefer to leave the buyer to consider that option.
