1967 UK BLUE/BLACK COLUMBIA Mono SX 6157.
A superb condition original UK MONO copy of THE PINK FLOYD'S fantastic psych rock debut,along with King Crimson's first this is surely one of the best debut albums of ANY genre.

This is a really superb clean and shiny original MONO copy that plays and sounds very near perfect,both sides of the vinyl show just light careful use with just a couple of light scuffs and some faint hairlines,these do nothing to affect playback as the album plays through from beginning to end with barely even a hint of light crackle,the sound quality is still fantastic and clear and free of distortion,a fantastic original MONO copy that grades excellent and plays brilliantly throughout.
The thick rigid Ernest.J.Day single front laminated sleeve is in very near excellent strong condition,the front laminate is still extremely glossy and very reflective and the colours are still very bright and fresh looking,all the edges and spine are near perfect and free of wear,the 3 flipbacks are again near perfect and are very clean and strong with great straight edges,the grey matt rear section is the only real downside as there is a small area of wear top left and also as you can see somebody has coloured in a narrow section in black pen,i have seen other original PIPER sleeves far worse in appearance than this with big dark stains,blotches,ringwear and writing so this sleeve is still in very respectable condition.
All in all this is a excellent condition original MONO pressing that will not disappoint.
