Cover: Garrod & Lofthouse 1st pressing laminated front and unlaminated rear with triple flip-backs. No writings or doodles. Flip backs nice and sound with no missing pieces - although they do have some laminates creasing. Wear to spine and some edge wear. The front has light laminate creasing only and rates as Near Excellent. The rear is Near Excellent. This is one of those mega rare 1st pressing covers that omits the 'File under Popular: Pop Groups' text on top flip-back. I have owned many of these and this is the only one 1st pressing sleeve I have ever seen without the 'Pop Groups' text. Comes with a brown & white EMI 'ads' inner sleeve which is in Near Excellent condition.

Labels: Excellent. "Sold in the UK text".

Vinyl: Play tested. Heavy duty 1st pressing vinyl. No skips/jumps. Both sides look VG and play VG with some  consistent crackle and pops. Some tracks play VG(-) and others VG(+) so VG overall. This is a 44 year old piece of vinyl and still sounds great if you don't mind some light to moderate background crackle. Might improve even more with a professional clean to reduce the static.

Gradings......

Mint - The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality.

Excellent - The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality.

Very Good - The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and occasional light scratches.

Good - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and more significant scratches.

Fair - The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise, it may even jump.

Poor - The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc

Bad - The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
