On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Pink Floyd called 'Saucerful Of Secrets' and is a UK 1st Stereo pressing on the Blue/Black Columbia label!!!! THIS IS A VERY RARE AND VERY SOUGHT AFTER LP!!!! IT RARELY TURNS UP AS A BLUE/BLACK COLUMBIA 1ST PRESS AND IS REALLY TOUGH TO FIND!!!! THIS IS A VERY EARLY 1ST PRESSING WITH 1/G 1/A STAMPERS, A BLUE/BLACK COLUMBIA LABEL, A 'PATENTS PENDING' FLIPBACK COVER, AND A 'PATENTS APPILED FOR' EMI ADVERTISING INNER SLEEVE!!!! THE MATRIX NUMBERS ARE YAX 3633-1 & YAX 3634-1. THIS IS A MEGA EARLY 1968 1ST STEREO PRESSING IN GREAT CONDITION!!!! DONT MISS THIS VERY RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL Stereo UK 1st pressing from 1968 and is in GREAT condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is SCX 6258 on the ORIGINAL Blue/Black Columbia label (see picture) and is a Stereo 1st pressing!!!! It is very VERY rare to find any 1st Pressings of this LP - especially in this condition!!!! All the tracks are Pure quality Pink Floyd at their best!!!! Any fan of Pink Floyd, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection - especially in this condition!!!!
The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in GREAT condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO nasty deep scratches, only a few light hairlines, a 2 or 3 tiny surface marks, and only a few light paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! It is also great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!! It plays with NO nasty loud pops, only a few low level clicks, NO sticking, NO jumps, NO hiss and only some MEGA low level intermittent crackle (ALWAYS very low level - NO loud frying bacon type crackle)!!!! So this really is a GREAT playing record!!!! Yes some VERY slight crackle in places, and the occassional (but low level) clicks, - but essentially a really GREAT playing record and tough to find like this!!!! The record must grade Very Good (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed) if not better!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record still has its ORIGINAL 1st Press EMI advertising inner sleeve!!!! The Stereo 1st Press 'patents pending' FLIPBACK Cover is GREAT condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back is in STUNNING condition with NO rubbing AT ALL (VERY rare on this cover), NO ringwear, NO writing, NO wear, NO yellowing and NO grubbyness!!!! However the main fault with this cover is the creasing. There is some creasing (particularly to the back right top corner, and some to the front) - but NONE of the creases have broken the laminate and NONE have affected the stunning colour of the cover!!!! So essentially still a GREAT looking cover with NO major faults which still looks great!!!! The cover must grade Very Good (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed) if not better!!!! THIS IS A VERY RARE STEREO 1ST PRESSING AND VERY HARD TO FIND!!!! DONT MISS OUT!!!!
