The Final Cut A-1U / B-4U
On offer here is a very early pressing of this often underrated LP. The gatefold has the original sticker and the vinyl remains in its original black inner.
The audio on Side One is Near Mint- ('The Post War Dream' is Ex)
The audio on Side Two is Ex+ ('Get Your Filthy Hands...is VG+)

Visual grading
Under a strong bright light I can only see a handful of very faint hairlines. It is obvious this vinyl has been hardly played as I can only see one tiny spindle line on Side One. It also retains a lovely glossy lustre and there are no scratches.
Play grading
'The Post War Dream' has some light crackle for the first half of the track and then plays with very clear audio. 'Your Possible Pasts' has superb sound quality apart from a handful of 'dust ticks'. The remainder of the side plays with outstanding audio with hardly any interference. A personal favourite 'The Gunners Dream' plays with wonderful clarity and barely any background noise, a superb version.
Side Two again begins with some crackle but by 'The Fletcher Memorial Home' has largely disappeared, there is only very light intermittent static during this track. 'Southampton Dock' plays practically as new. This can also be said for the title track which plays with great clarity and depth, just one faint click at the end. The final two tracks have no issues and 'Two Suns...' in particular plays extremely well for such a quiet track with only light static on the final third that is very much in the background. An underrated album, albeit an almost 'solo' one!
Gatefold cover
The gatefold is in excellent condition with some shelf wear here and there. The top edges and spine are very clean and only the two bottom edges have a little rubbing. There is a small area of 'spotting' on both the front and back of the cover and a little ringwear on the back also. Overall though this is a very clean cover and the inside of the gatefold and the opening edge are in superb condition.Original inner
The original poly-lined black die cut inner is in excellent condition with no splits or tears, only light creasing.
