The Final Cut A-1U / B-4U
On offer here is a very early pressing of this often underrated LP.  As described below the audio is of Near Mint quality.  The gatefold also has the original sticker and the vinyl remains in its original black inner.

Visual grading
Under a bright light there are a handful of fine hairlines and it retains that beautiful gloss of new vinyl.  There are no scratches and very little spindle wear so has therefore only been lightly played.
Play grading

I have played the entire LP and the audio has stunning clarity and depth.  The opening track, 'The Post War Dream', plays perfectly apart from a handful of very quiet 'dust ticks' at the start which, to be honest, you get with new vinyl let alone one that is 33 years old.  The whole side plays with such great precision it was a pleasure to listen to again!  There are only a few dust ticks and I heard only one click throughout and when you consider how many quiet sections there are it is unbelievably rare to find this LP in such wonderful condition.

Side Two has the same quality of audio.  It begins with very light static but is not intrusive.  'The Fletcher Memorial Home' has one click but otherwise plays perfectly.  Again it is incredible just how well the quieter sections sound.  New vinyl often does not play as well as this!  I will grade it as an overall Near Mint but 98% plays as Mint really!

Cover

The gatefold is in excellent condition with only the slightest of wear.  The edges and wide spine are in superb condition.  There are only a couple of faint marks on the front and 2/3 minor creases on the back but other than that it is one of the cleanest you will find.
Original inner  
The original poly-lined black die cut inner is in excellent condition with no splits or tears.
