Description
I will be listing quite a large number of rare Pink Floyd albums over the coming days and weeks. Why not add me as a favourite seller and get informed automatically when new items are listed.
Part of a job lot acquired from an independent record store that closed in Newcastle last year.
For sale here is Pink Floyds album originally from 1994, "The division bell". This is a US pressing. Cat number is C64200 Matrices are 1A & 1B. Full dead-wax stamps are:- Side one. PAL 64200/1A TLM-M MADE IN USA. Side two PBL 64200/1B TML-M MADE IN USA.
Also included in the sale is a brand new cork backed coaster depicting the iconic artwork of the album cover. Clearly shown in the photos.
The cover is probably about as good as you will find. Extremely clean and solid with no damage worth mentioning. Grades excellent.
The inner sleeve, which includes lyrics and credits is almost perfect. Just a light crease to one edge. Grades excellent.
The vinyl visually really is incredibly clean. There are no marks worth noting. This is a gleaming piece of vinyl.
Fully play-graded as below.
Referring to my play-grading notebook, I made the following comments. Minor background noise for a handful of seconds at the start of side one. The whole side plays superbly well with an odd isolated "dust pop" during play (these usually play out or clean out and are just a tiny speck of dust deep in the groove). Side two again starts with a tiny spot of surface noise and a couple of dust pops. Track 2 has a couple of pops and a couple of light clicks during it. The album as a whole plays 98% perfect apart from these small issues. A great detailed copy.
I am sure the winner will be well pleased with it, but I do offer a full return and refund policy if not delighted. This an absolute corker of a copy, and I find it hard to believe there are many better copies still knocking around.
Happy to post overseas, but not to Russia, Belarus or Ukraine. Any bids from those countries will be cancelled. Postage within the UK is free, by Royal Mail 48, so delivered in 2 days. If postage costs less than my quoted figures, I will refund the difference immediately. I never have and never will try to profit on postage and packing costs.
I have had to put a cost in for overseas postage, so I have added the price for delivery within Europe. If you live outside of the EU, the cost would be around £27, so please ask for an invoice for the correct amount after the auction ends. Thankyou. Postage costs within Europe are around £17. Worldwide postage would be around £27. These are insured prices with signed for delivery. The price shown in the listing is for Euro zone postage. If buying from outside the EU, please wait for me to invoice you. Thankyou.
More than happy to answer ANY questions or supply more photographs on request.
Good luck if you decide to bid.
