Description
A great opportunity to buy a copy of a DOUBLE VINYL LP from the 1960's by Pink Floyd called "Ummagumma". This consists of two sides of studio recordings and two sides of live recordings.
This is a U.K. pressing released in 1969 on the Harvest label (SHDW 1 / 2)(stereo). It has a total of 9 tracks.
The matrix numbers are:- SHDW 1 A-1 (side one), SHDW 1 B-2 (side two), SHDW 2 A-1 (side three) and SHDW 2 B-2 (side four).
The vinyls are in a VERY GOOD condition. I always grade and examine records under a bright table lamp and there are a few light surface marks, but nothing serious. I have played the whole of all four sides and the occasional click is heard, but otherwise they play fine and sound great.
The labels are clean and free from any writing or major defects (see photos).
The records are housed within plain inner sleeves in an EXCELLENT condition.
The laminated gatefold picture cover is only in a FAIR condition I'm afraid. There is a 4cm tear near the middle of the opening edge (see photo). There are signs of wear along parts of the spine, the bottom edge and at the corners. The title is still visible along the spine (see photo). The inside of the gatefold is clean and appears to be undamaged. The Ernest J Day printing credit on the rear cover has the error "Londen".
Despite the above shortcomings, this is a rare and collectable 60's Rock album and should be of interest to avid collectors, possibly as a collection filler or to upgrade a poorer quality vinyl.
