GATEFOLD VINYL LP
Original FIRST PRESSING gatefold vinyl LP from 1998
Superb near perfect condition throughout, the cover is M- with some very very light wear to the front face of the cover that was caused before the record was purchased, it is visible only under strong light. There are literally one or two very very faint hair line creases, about 4mml long, to the very edges of the front cover. The bottom edge of the opener has some very mild shelf wear.
The inner sleeve is Pristine /Mint
The record side A is pristine/mint, side B has two pale and light, ghost-like, lines (viewable under strong light) that run across the record. These are not withdrawal marks as they are too fine for those and were doubtless made in the manufacturing process.
This record comes from my own collection. Unless it is mint it has been played on a properly balanced Fonz CQ30 deck with a fresh Shure VN-35 diamond stylus, going through an Audiolab 8000A (highly recommended!). All that comes out of a superb pair of B&W cabinet speakers. It has always been cherished and well taken care of and it has always been stored upright in a PVC protector cover.
I include details of any blemishes there may be to the cover, inner sleeve (if present) and to the vinyl. As you will see from my feedback I am used to selling vinyl and other collector’s items on Ebay. I am well aware that detailed descriptions are essential.
I welcome inspection before the end of the auction and encourage buyers to collect from me in Bournemouth, Dorset.
All LPs are sent out in purpose built cardboard Record Mailers to minimise the risk of damage in the post.
