This record is in great shape considering its age and genre.
The vinyl would grade NM, it looks as though it was played a couple times, and stored away until now.  The vinyl plays excellent, clean, almost no background noise, even between songs.  There are machine stamped matrix numbers.  The original blue MONO PAGE ONE labels are very clean, with a couple light spindle marks only visible under angled light, no writing or wear.  

It also comes with the original white inner sleeve in great shape.   The original cover is in VG++ condition.   It is the original flipback cover made by Garrad and Lofthouse.   It has some corner and light ring wear, and an upper right corner crease.  There are no rips, tears, or split seams.  It is a lightweight cover, with a laminated front.   There are some light stains on the back cover, upper middle left, 2nd picture.
