Description
Kill (!) Kill (!) Killer (!). 4 bands, 4 stompers. This old-school classic from Portland is chocked-full of things that make Hardcore sooo great. Only 1,000 copies of this original first pressing in black vinyl and tan sleeve were pressed. As you know, second pressings were born in golden vinyl and white jackets.
The same sold on eBay, in August 2008, for $98 (US).
The following message is printed on back of the picture sleeve. ‘FOR BEST RESULTS PLAY THIS RECORD DRUNK’. This fantastic 7“ sampler named DRINKING IS GREAT and was released on Portland’s cult HC/Punk label ‘Fatal Erection’ records in 1985 (catalogue number F.E. #5). It’s the same label where POISON IDEA and E 13 kicked out their classics. Complete with large photo/lyric sheet. The POISON IDEA track ‘Laughing Boy’ is fast and powerful anti-social Hardcore, and the same with the E 13 smasher ‘Pankreatitis’. The LOCKJAW blast ‘You Dick’ includes all the elements of a Hardcore cracker. And the brilliant ‘I Quit’ is by FINAL WARNING. Don’t miss this rarity. Sleeve and vinyl are still in excellent condition. Airmail postage/packaging for 1-5 singles outside Germany is the same price (5,50 Euro for Europe and 9 Euro for the Rest Of The World).
