I grade this record NEAR MINT. I am a very, very conservative grader. Often times, my VG grade is comparable, if not better, than most sellers' VG+
I will downgrade a record in a New York second. What do I mean?
Tim Neeley authored 3 Goldmine Price Guides. I strictly adhere and reference his VG+ definition, “except for a couple minor things, this would be 
Near Mint...” Goldmine Standard Catalog Of Rhythm & Blues Records, 2002, page 6. Goldmine Standard catalog of American Records 1950-1975, 5th

Too many sellers quote Goldmine and forget those words, “...would be Near Mint...”
