Released on the FENTON RECORDS label subsidiary Swade RECORDS, "FALL OF A TOWN" is a well done moody, atmospheric Garage ballad. The prime flip side, "THE PLACE", is a rocking classic Michigan Garage punk mover with cool vocals plus farfisa, guitar, bass & drums backup. "THE PLACE" has been comped on Mondo Frat Dance Bash A Go Go (Arf, Arf CD)

The high gloss vinyl disc is in VG+ condition. There is a small light scratch at the beginning of "FALL OF A TOWN". Labels have some wear- see scans.
