On offer extremely rare and arguably the best album to come out of the British psychedelic era THE PRETTY THINGS classic S.F.SORROW, this is the original BLUE / BLACK COLUMBIA UK MONO 1968 1st PRESSING SX 6306, recently discovered in a radio station record library, the conditions are superb, the label is clean with no spindle wear and is MINT, the vinyl has had little play although a few light marks are evident and would grade EXCELLENT, the laminated gate fold sleeve is in all round great condition and would grade EXCELLENT +, the Album was recorded at the Famous Abbey Road Studios over several months, this is the Pretty Things psychedelic MASTERPIECE, S.F. SORROW is also the first rock opera, based on a short story by Phil May, this song cycle tells the tale of Sebastian Sorrow from birth through love, war, tragedy, madness, and the disillusionment of old age.
