1982 album on Warner Bros Records !
This record looks like a traditional FOR YOU release from Prince, complete with its labels and inner sleeve, but when you play the A-side you hear the sound of a Bootsy Collins album !
That happens on rare occasion when a mistake is done at the pressing plant and acetates/matrix are messed up.
The FOR YOU album have been re-issued in Germany/Europe in 1984 after the success of Purple Rain. The re-issue is categorized by its standard WB labels. This is why it is miss-printed with Collin's 1982 album.
Most times these faultly records are deleted or destroyed.
So this is your chance to own a very rare copy - perhaps the only one in circulation !
May be the first encounter between Prince's world and the P-Funk world on record !
