issued on June 7th, 1991 exclusively for the occasion of Prince's Birthday, and pressed in an extremely limited quantity. This item has endured as one of the most sought after Prince rarities because of the unique, custom picture sleeve and because of the novelty of the 1-sided record.

It still has the plastic on the outside even though it opened. Only played a few times in 1991 and then it sat in a safe, smoke free, pet free environment for 23 years. Vinyl is near mint.
