This is an original 1982 Warner Bros. promotional 12" maxi single pressed exclusively for radio stations ahead of the release of Prince's 1999 album, containing three extended album cuts — "Let's Pretend We're Married" (7:20), "D.M.S.R." (8:05), and "Automatic" (9:24) — all at 45 RPM. Over 24 minutes of music sent to DJs before the record hit stores.

Produced, arranged, composed, and performed entirely by Prince.

This is an original U.S. promotional pressing on Warner Bros. Records (PRO-A-1082), featuring first lacquer cuts on both sides.

Mastered at Sheffield Lab (SLM), one of the most respected mastering and cutting operations in the country. Pressed at Monarch Record Manufacturing, Los Angeles.

The sleeve is an original Warner Bros. company-issued plain promo card sleeve with "Promotional Copy. Not for Sale." printed on the back. Includes the correct original WB shield inner sleeve.
