SLEEVE IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION, WITH MINOR CREASE as per pic attached 
Bought this 2nd hand in the mid 90s, I've never this played it but can vouch for regarding previous owner. There is very minor abrasions perhaps from when record being slid in/out of sleeve - but definitively not scratched
