on the banana records label, stereo pressing, from 1973. 10 tracks. amazing madison, wisconsin based private press, one of the top discoveries of the past few years. starts off with a couple of great rural dreamy psych tracks with melodic acid guitar, and gradually gets trippier and trippier. "devils fate" and "lady liz" are haunting, creepy downer tracks with uptempo drums and electric guitar. "may day" is heavy melodic psych with fuzz guitar and harmony vocals. side 2 is more stoned melodic rural psych, with electric acid leads, amazing melodies and effects. everything that a great psych lp needs is contained within this odd packaging. really tough to find, this is the only copy i have seen in 20 years of collecting records in the wisconsin area. includes original insert with lyrics. textured cover is VG, with 6" bottom seam split, 1/4" split in upper right corner, 2" split in upper left, 3" along left seam in upper left corner, dent in upper seam just off center, and some light rub wear....still displays well, if you look straight at it that is. vinyl is VG/VG+, with several light paper scuffs, and a couple light marks, plays VG+, with only occasional light noise well below the music. vinyl has been cleaned on a VPI. still a nice copy of this top rarity. email with any questions. check my other auctions...this week i'm offering all manner of PSYCH and ROCK records, some of them are extremely rare, and may not come up for sale again for some time. all records are original pressings unless noted otherwise. all records are shipped in dedicated record mailers, with cardboard inserts. i accept paypal and money orders only. buyer pays shipping. $5.00 priority within the US. $5.00 to canada. $11.00 to europe. $14.00 to japan and australia. please note that i will not ship surface overseas. thanks for looking and good luck.
