Very sought after UK first pressing of this classic LP.
The sleeve is in beautiful condition. Fully lamintaed front and back, there is not a mark on it. No creases, and no tears or splits. the laminate makes this sleeve shine brightly.
The spine is flat ,a nd perfectly legible.
A stunning example of this rare sleeve.
The labels are the original Red Regal Zonophone labels, and are in NMint condition as well.
There is no spindle hole wear at all, and only a couple of barely visible spider lines to indicate how few plays this has had in its 35 years. Clearly the original owner was very careful when playing this LP.
The vinyl is bright clean and gleams like a new LP. Only under intense illumination can you make out any feather lite lines, which are totally non sounding.
The near silent run in grooves lead into the classic title track. I am always amazed at the production of some of these late 60's prog rock LP's, and this one is no exception.
It is clear as a bell, and again this proves it has had no misuse.
I always pump up the volume looking, or should I say listening for any distortion that might have been caused by a too heavy stylus. I am pleased to report that this vinyl has no distortion whatsoever.
It is a great example of a classic rock album, and would grace any collectors shleves
