sent out as PROMO premium from PILLSBURY baking products.  sooo rare!!   patti had a Television show at the time called, "THE BIG RECORD" --this special premium album was advertised on the TV show (a friend of mine is a film collector and he has a copy of a show where she personally hawks this record) and is titled, "the big records of patti page"  -- it has a colorful photo front cover (back cover is blank) of patti from the show and a PROMO "collector's item" label, 'a gift from PILLSBURY'    10 inch microgroove vinyl LP.  her 50's hits: "old cape cod"  "cross over the bridge"  "changing partners"  "allegheny moon"  "all my love"  "doggie in the window"  "tennessee waltz"  "i went to your wedding"  not listed in ANY reference books that i've come across. record is solid NM-MINT.  NO scratches.  NO spindle hole marks. tight, bright cover with NO creases, ring wear, seam splis, etc.---GORGEOUS item.
