No excessive shipping or 'handling' charges - buyer will pay approximately what the USPS charges me for shipping, give or take a bit. If I overcharge you excessively for shipping, you will be reimbursed the overage. All U.S. packages are shipped via media mail, unless buyer requests otherwise.

Elektra's Best (Volume 1, 1966 Through 1968) 2-LP - VARIOUS ARTISTS (Elektra EB-1)
Original 1969 U.S. PROMOTIONAL-ONLY stereo 2-LP set. Here's one not often seen - an Elektra Records radio-only promo double album, featuring 18 different artists on the label, 27 tracks in all. Highlights include: TIM BUCKLEY, PAUL BUTTERFIELD BLUES BAND (2 cuts), THE DOORS (3 tracks), EARTH OPERA, LOVE (2 tracks), INCREDIBLE STRING BAND (2 cuts), HOLY MODAL ROUNDERS & RHINOCEROS (2 tracks). With thick gatefold cover that features photos/bios of the artists inside. Vinyl in FANTASTIC condition, very possible both discs have never been played! Includes original record company slick inner paper sleeves (both in A-1 condition, w/ NO splits on any of the edges). Probably very few pressed & possible that not many have survived after 45+ years.
Discs = NEAR MINT- (HIGH GLOSS - plays TERRIFIC, w/ NO distortion, NO groove wear, basically NO pops or clicks & virtually NO background noise to speak of; an AWESOME listen)
Cover = see pix; slight wear in all corners; lite cracking/chipping & wear along front right edge; 4" lite vertical crack near front right edge; slight wear along top & bottom seams; spine = A-OK; a PRETTY NICE looking cover; any questions?, please ask
Labels = see pix; A-1, w/ NO spindle marks to be found
Buyers, please wait on sending payment until you have received my invoice. Ebay-generated invoices are often inaccurate. Invoice will be forwarded within 24-48 hours of auction close.
