PSI COM Perry's PRE- JANE'S ADDICTION 12" EP/ 1st PRESS
PERRY FARRELL & HIS BAND, BEFORE JANES/ NM/NM Here's a very nice NM/NM copy of the 12" 5 song EP by Psi Com, the 1985 self-titled release by Perry Farrell's pre Jane's Addiction band. This copy has full shrink wrap, and is in great condition (a bit of creasing in the bottom right corner, but otherwise no flaws at all. From the janesaddiction.org website: "This is the rare original release of Psi Com's self titled album. Limited to only 1500 copies and released on the band's own Mohini Records label. It is worthwhile noting that by the time this album was released, Psi Com was pretty much over with. Eric Avery and Perry Farrell were performing together as a duo in what would eventually become Jane's Addiction the month after the release of this album.
While there were 1500 copies pressed, a sizable number of those copies were destroyed early on, therefore this is a true collector's item. The album was later re-released on CD by Triple-X Records. Although the songs have now become widely available, many fans still seek their own original copy of this incredible album.
