record is NM ( near mint ! beautiful ! , but , it does have a slight outward bow ( dish ) to the record that does not effect the music , the tonearm just moves a bit , this is no doubt due to the shrinkwrap pulling on the lp for so many years )
cover is VG++ ( in SHRINK !!! , very nice , very minor wear , has MMC business card loged under shrink on back , see pic )
very rare LYRICS SHEET is VG++ ( very nice )
records are graded visually
