Description
Here is a very hard to find original 1988 US promo copy of Allegory and Self, with a two-page press release from Revolver Records that's rarer still. Unlike other promo copies we have seen, this one actually states "promotional copy not for sale" on the labels (see pic #2 above). The press release includes a brief bio, info on the album, and a piece called "A Pagan Story for a Fundamental Pagan Release" (see pics #4 and 5). The cover is affixed with the original hype sticker (pic #6) and is in VG+ condition with the beginning of a split at the upper seam (see pic #7) and light normal shelf wear. The vinyl is in excellent, very close to M- with a few faint sleeve marks that do not affect play. Complete with illustrated booklet.
