Description
Very rare find of the Psykik Volts 7" entitled Totally Useless/Horror Stories.Released of Ellie Jay Records(EJSP9262). Sadly the record suffers from the A side having a nasty scratch across the entire playing surface. It still plays through, doesn't skip, but the click is evident and audible throughout.B side plays through fine.Pic sleeve is ok but suffers from a nick in the top right hand corner.Hard to do an overall grading but as a guide I'd say, A sideVG-, B side Ex+ and pic sleeve VG. Only listing this great record because of its rarity.2 superb tracks. Thanks for looking.
RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM
MINT :The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed be Mint.
EXCELLENT :The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD :The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
I may use a + or a - to emphasise a grading which may be inbetween a grade. I will never use a mint grading for a 2nd hand/used record for instance. Mint- will be the very highest grade.
