From a smoke and pet free environment
As with all of my 70s/80s records they have been stored carefully upright in record cases since original purchase and only played couple of time to record onto cassette.

Record Condition grading guide
MINT = Used but no marks on the playing surface, Label may possibly have light spindle marks
NEAR MINT (or EX+) = Used but a very small light marks etc on the playing surfaces when held up to the light.
EX = Has a few light marks/scratches on the playing surfaces. But nothing that would greatly affect play
The listing may have comments giving more details about the marks etc
Any vinyl grading LESS than EX, in the majority of cases, I will give a specific condition/comment
Sleeve Condition Grading Guide:
MINT Used but no marks on the cover, usually has been stored in a plastic sleeve
NEAR MINT(or EX+) = Has very few MINOR defects.
EX = Has a few/various MINOR defects.
