Description
Pugh - Ja dä ä dä (Metronome, Sweden, 1969)
Cult Swedish psychedelic and prog folk album by Pugh Rogefeldt. Full of samples, the most famous being on "Love Love Love", with a huge drumbreak intro sampled by DJ Shadow on his "Mutual Slump". Three other interesting cuts : “Signe”, “Här kommer natten” and “Surabaya Johnny”. Dark samples and killer garage sound with guitar, and Pugh even plays with a bow, like a cellist. Superb and very rare ! Heavy demand !
