I am relatively new to the grading of LPs but I'd say this was Near Mint (LP)/Very Good+(Sleeve). From appearance and memory, the LP is unplayed. There is just the tiniest of wear on the sleeve and inner.

I have just discovered that it has the insert postcard in it as well - had to update the photo...
