On 17-Oct-10 at 21:12:03 AEDST, seller added the following information:On offer here is an EXTREMELY RARE original AUSTRALIAN issue of THE PURPLE HEARTS fourth 7” single “You Can’t Sit Down“, released on Sunshine Records. The A-side is a WILD FREAKBEAT RAVE-UP cover version of THE DOVELLS number (from 1963), whilst the flip “Tiger In Your Tank“ is a HIGHLY ENTHUSIASTIC and UP-TEMPO rendition of the WILLIE DIXON tune.
THE PURPLE HEARTS included Aussie Blues Legends MICK HADLEY and LOBBY LOYDE!

VG++ visual: some light paper scuffs—quite acceptable (VG+ to VG++); audible: HIGHLY ENJOYABLE AND VIBRANT SOUND, despite some underlying surface noise (VG++); labels: very minor spindle wear, previous owner’s name ‘Loretta Moxom’ written on both sides.
