This is 100% a First Press copy, with the bigger gap between the 'SIDE 1'

text and the block of Track-list text beginning with '1. TWO OF US', and of

course the Matrix Nos ending -2U/-2U are correct.

Detailed comments/grading -

Record : Plays very well with hardly any 'noise' at all - glossy condition with light marks seen under strong light.  Like many discs from 40+ years ago, there is a slight warp seen from the edge when it's spinning which doesn't affect play at all.  (I know from long experience that most sellers don't even bother to mention this typical feature of old vinyl.) VG++.

Labels : Clean and bright, with some spindle-traces and one fine line seen under strong light.

Record Sleeve : Very shiny still, with no really bad faults, just some minor creasing/bending from handling & storage and some ring-wear distortion of the surface - please see photos. VG+.

Record Inner : Correct white inner with 'Patent No: 1,125,555' ... 'MADE IN ENGLAND' across the bottom.  EX.

BOOK : The 164-page book which is so often damaged, with loose pages or bent covers, is in Excellent condition, with not one page come loose, and with no bends or creases.  If it looks a bit wrinkled in the photos, that's because i covered the outer pages with cling-film years ago, like they do with new records in the US - this can easily be taken off as it is only friction-attached, not glued at all.  Personally i would leave it on! EX. [ Please note: The book is famous being fragile, handle with great care to make it last.]

Outer Book Carrier/Tray :  Not too bad for what is a notoriously fragile piece of thin card.  It is all in one strong piece, with the flaps all correct, no splitting at the fold, with some moderate crunching on the corners, but no big tears and no tape-repairs.  VG.

Inner Book - Holder/Tray :  This is in top condition because it is a new Replica - the best version available today.  The original disappeared a long time ago.  EXTRA : i bought a custom-made support-frame which fits beautifully into the book-carrier to support it and prevent damage for the future.  It is the white card rectangle.  With this frame in place around the book-tray it makes the whole thing way more structurally sound than the normal wobbly arrangement!  NM.

Outer Main Sleeve :  The big sleeve is solid with no big tears, no repairs, and still very shiny.  It has bangs/damage on two of the corners, and some moderate surface creasing & edge-wear.  VG.

Poster :  This wasn't actually a standard addition to ALL copies of the box-set, but i acquired a quality Replica just to have it with the set for interest.  It is on similar semi-shiny paper to the original, and is folded in the same off-centre way. It is NM.

Obviously this set will be shipped in a rigid reinforced box - i have never lost a record through damage in transit !  It will be sent 'Tracked & Signed' for just £5 in the UK.  Shipping abroad will be much more.

Overall this is obviously not 'collectors quality', but it is not rubbish either - just an average played, used, loved copy of a classic box-set with the unique book in good shape.
