ONE OF THE RAREST OF THE EMI NIGERIA AFRO LPS DUE TO THE FACT IT WAS MOSTLY DISTRIBUTED IN THE NORTH OF THE COUNTRY. FANTASTIC LP THAT'S IS GOOD ALL THE WAY THROUGH - HAS A UNIQUE NORTHERN NIGERIAN SOUND. ON THE SLEVE NOTES IT SAYS THEY CALLED THEMSELVES THE PYRAMIDS BECAUSE' EACH OF THEM WAS FAT AND LOOKED LIKE A PYRAMID" !
Condition: Record VG minus / VG. Quite a few scuffs and marks but nothing deep or heavy, despite marks it generally plays well though with light crackle in places but being an EMI Record is cut loud and recorded well. Listen to the soundfiles. Cover is in quite bad condition with dirt, heavy wear and taped edges, writing on front - see scans - B SIDE LABEL HAS SOME HUMIDITY PEEL OFF DAMAGE - see scans.
