Still among the best in classical music !    Amazing sound quality
Shellack:     No signs of use on all 12 record sides  except Suite 4, record side 6  -> small mark Book - like new condition without any damages or writing.
Please note:  The book says:   Volume 1, but inside are Bach Suite 3 & 4 ! Please note: The condition is amazing, but the records were made during the war, and the quality could not be as good as we are normally used to.

Mint:  A brand new, SEALED record, never played

NM:  Near mint, an unsealed record that looks as good as new

VG++ :  Excellent, very minor surface marks, not audible on play 

VG+ :  light surface marks, mild surface noice, few sporadic tics up and there, but should sound fine overall

VG :  more consistent noice or defects, or light scratches, no skip 

Good :  Noisy, but plays through. I will only sell rare or unusual items in this condition

NM :  close to new

VG++: well preserved, minimal wear

VG+ :  well preserved cover, but sign of wear

VG :  more pronounced defects, discoloration, slight delamination, writing
