I am preparing to retire from teaching theatre in June and I am in the process of emptying the house I rent in Norfolk, VA. for weekdays near my school as I own a home in Petersburg two hours away. During the last twenty-five years I have accumulated duplicate and sometimes even triplicate copies of records, most of which I have given to my theatre students who started collecting vinyl while I as teaching them.
This 10 inch vinyl of White Christmas looks and sounds poor. The cover is just good. Rosemary Clooney was under contract to Columbia Records in 1954 and could not join the Decca recording artists on that label's "soundtrack. I am also selling a near-mint 45 rpm of Rosematy singing 4 songs from the film and the British reissue of the 1954 Decca recording from the 1980s.
I listen to all of the records I sell unless the are sealed.
