We offer a collection service during our working hours 8am-4pm Mon-Fri. Please collect within 10 days of purchase. Uncollected items will be re-donated and relisted.
Returns/ Refunds
In the event that you are unhappy with your item, send it back in the original packaging with 'RETURN TO SENDER' marked clearly, the cost of the ITEM will be refunded.
In the case of an item being found defective we will try to replace the item, or if we are unable to, a FULL refund will be given.
