OBI = G, writing date, tape repair.
SLEEVE = EX-, stains, small dent on corner.
INSERT LYRICS PAPER = EX.
BOOKLET = VG, many small stains on cover.
PIN-UP = VG+, STAINS. Originally it was attached to inside of the sleeve, removed from sleeve.
It's Rare, booklet and pin-up remain.
