PAT O'DAY "When Your Lover Has Gone" vinyl LP on Golden Crest (CR3009  MONO).  

This is an extremely rare debut LP by singer Pat O'Day!!!!  This is an original pressing, not a re-issue!!!!!

CONDITION  - Record (VG to VG+ using Goldmine standards): This record is in pretty good shape.  There are several light surface scratches and marks but no deep scratches.  However, this record plays much better than it looks.  You will hear some surface noise during quiter passages and I detected a few spots of inner-groove distortion but most of the record plays VG+.  The major defect in the record is that the labels have fallen off (see pictures).  But I have both lables and they are in excellent shape.  Rather than reglue them I will let the buyer treat them how they want.  This is an extremely rare album and this is a pretty decent copy.  I PLAY GRADE ALL MY RECORDS USING A MUSIC HALL MMF-5 TURNTABLE WITH A GOLDRING 1042X CARTRIDGE.  ALL RECORDS ARE CLEANED USING A NITTY GRITTY RECORD CLEANING MACHINE.  

Cover  (VG+): There is some ringwear/shelfwear (see picture).  The edges are pretty good other than a small split in the upper left corner where the record enters the sleeve but it is only about an inch long.  There is a slight tear about an 1/8 of the way up on the bottom where the record enters the sleeve (in the picture it is where the record player on the cover is).  There is also a record store price sticker on the front cover. 

Inner sleeve:  No original inner sleeve but I'll include a high quality VRP/MFSL-type sleeve.

Labels:  Labels are crisp and in excellent condition but they are detached from the record (see pictures).  They will be put in a seperate envelope when shipped.

Note on Grading:  I try to grade conservatively (I am not a dealer but a collector who buys more than he sells) but please contact me with any questions before bidding.

BIDDERS:  This auction is open to US and International Bidders (but intenational bidders must read payment and shipping terms carefully).  Bidders with zero or negative feedback must get approval from me (via e-mail) prior to bidding or your bid will be cancelled and you will be deemed a non-conforming bidder and reported to eBay.  I reserve the right to cancel any bid from any buyer who does not agree to the terms of this auction, including payment and shipping terms.

PAYMENT: Winning bidder pays for item within 10 days of end of auction. 

US Buyers: I accept cash, money order, cashier's check, Paypal (bank or balance transfer only and you must read below!!!) or Bidpay.  Personal checks will be accepted for US Bidders ONLY but item will not be shipped until check clears. 

International Buyers:  I will accept International Bidders for this auction but you must pay in US Dollars via Paypal (bank transfer only - NO Credit Cards!!!), Bidpay or US Postal Money Order.  I will not accept foreign currency nor pay any transaction or currency exchange fees.  Any violation of this policy will make you a non-conforming bidder and I will notify eBay and your bid will be cancelled!!!!!

Paypal users read carefully:  I only accept Paypal using bank or balance transfers - NO CREDIT CARDS!!! - If you don't understand what this means, please don't intend on paying via Paypal.  If you wish to use a Credit Card, you must pay with Bidpay but they will charge you a fee.

SHIPPING: US Buyers - pay $3.50 for Media Mail or $6.00 for Priority Mail. Insurance is optional but will be required if item goes for over $100.  Cost of insurance is the responsibility of the Buyer (as is any damage to item once delivered to post office) and will vary depending on final price (anywhere between $1.30 and $5.20 most likely).

International Buyers - will have to notify me after the end of the auction with their address and I will determine EXACT shipping charges.  You may use the shipping calculator on eBay to determine APPROXIMATE shipping charges but that will not be binding on me.  EXACT shipping charges as determined SOLELY BY ME based on most economical and safest delivery service.  Buyers will be required to purchase insurance.  I will add an additional $1.50 for packaging and handling on top of the shippng and insurance charges charged by the shipping service.  Buyers will be informed of this prior to auction payment and I will do my best to make shipping charges as economical as possible but your bid subjects you to the terms set forth above.  If you have an issue with this, e-mail me prior to bidding or don't bid.  My feedback tells the story.  I'm not trying to be cruel here but my international sales have been a headache.
