Description
Paul Chambers Quintet - Blue Note 1564 OG West 63rd deep groove mono pressing Van Gelder Paul Chambers Quintet - Blue Note 1564.
Rare jazz Lp from 1957. Original MONO pressing with the classic Blue & White labels and the 47 WEST 63RD NYC address on the labels. The label is DEEP GROOVE on both sides with the EAR and "RVG" stamp in the trail-off on both sides. Matrix number is hand-etched on both sides. Thick vinyl, thick laminated cardboard cover.
Cover: VG, cover is solid with no seam splits, tiny bit of tape top middle, little bit of tape on back, small bit of cover pealed off from a sticker removed on front cover.
Record: VG+, some scuffs but nothing that affects play, played super quiet. Nice shiny gloss. Runout groves have the RVG, "ear" and BN-LP-1564A/B and 9M. Some marks on the label near spindle. Very nice copy of a rare LP!
