Jacket grade, note: G, 7.5" split to lower seam, shelf wear, writing in pen on back of jacket, some tearing to back slick

Disc grade, note: G, Blue Note Records Inc., 47 West 63rd. New York 23 address on label, deep groove pressing, P in deadwax, RVG etched in deadwax, flat edge; light label wear, heat mark on outer edge of disc that casues a persistent woosh during the first 30 secs or so of tracks A1 and B1, visually a very rough disc, refer to sound clip to get an idea of how this plays
