Information
this is a stunning very early first press of the RAM album with the Side A stamper which created the vinyl, being taken from the third mother created. and the B side stamper used to create the B side was created from the first Mother..if you are aware of the importance sound wise of early Mothers producing higher sound quality that later mothers so you can be sure of Excellent sounding Audio from this early copy

The Record Looks EX and plays Both sides in EX+ condition
I can only see only one visible mark about 1" long across tracks 4 & 5 on side 2 which do not effect play in any way( I will just emphasis that this is a simple surface mark and not a scratch) i can see no visible marks on side 1..a beautiful sounding and very shiny copy.
when viewed under strong light both sides show whispy fine lines from where they have been repeatedly taken in and out of the inner sleeve
this is still a very nice conditioned copy..with stunning audiophile quality clear Audio..a definite keeper

The Cover is in EX+ conditions
really Shiny fully laminated unmarked cover with a strong fully readable spine

I am a record collector specializing in 1960’s and 70’s. Rock, psychedelia,Folk Rock, Avante garde, and krautRock.

My Hifi consists of A Linn Axis turntable fitted with a Linn Basik plus tone arm with an Ortofon 520mk 11 cartridge, I listen to my records through a pair of Rogers LS7’s.

I listen to all the records I sell on this setup, and most records I sell are from my own collection, I wouldn’t sell anything that I wouldn’t be happy to own my self or play on my Hifi, I don’t own or sell crackly or knackered records, I am aware the Audiophile quality stylus are very expensive and no one wants to chip a stylus by playing knackered records.

I Use the Record Collector Magazine's Grading Guide:

Please note I will use + and – to denote grades in-between the ones mentioned below.

I grade the cover,labels and record separately

"MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
