1970 UK 1st PRESSING* LP
This early copy of Paul's 1st solo album dates from initial release in April 1970 and is on the dark green Apple Records label: PCS 7102
Matrix numbers: YEX 775 A-2U & YEX 776 B-2U
Stamper codes: 2/RM & 2/GG
Disc weight: 145g
The disc is housed within a fully laminated, UK printed gatefold cover & original plain white 'Patent No. 1,125,555' inner sleeve.
Accompanying this copy is an original A3 sized information sheet on heavy, textured yellow paper which gives fascinating track-by-track information on every song on the album.

Labels: EXCELLENT
A clean & bright pair with numerous spindle marks around each centre hole but no major signs of wear.
Visual: EXCELLENT +
Pristine playing surfaces which are MINT/unmarked in strong daylight and display just a few barely visible wispy paper hairlines and a sparkling rainbow gloss shine upon close examination directly beneath my unforgiving halogen desk lamp. Both sides of this barely played copy lie 100% flat when playing.
Play: EXCELLENT
Despite having received a moderate amount of play, the sound quality throughout is clean & clear with no traces of any groove/play wear on any track. In fact, apart from a hint of light/normal background between tracks, there really is little to fault here.
Cover
VERY GOOD
A respectable clean & strong example which displays some general storagewear rubbing to each panel but no major faults throughout. The inside of the gatefold is clean & unworn and all seams and the spine are smooth, unstressed and unsplit.
Inner-sleeve
VERY GOOD +
Clean & flat with just a little light handling & storage wrinkling & the word 'McCartney' written on the rear but no seam splits or tears.

This is clean & flat with little more than a few faint handling bends but no writing, tears or any other significant blemishes throughout.
