Sound on side 1 sucks big time
Live in Groningen, Holland August 19, 1972. Bad quality
last track on Side 1  Oriental Nightfish is supposedly a demo from 1973

Side 2 is still not very good but Paul speaks a bit of German which is interesting Live at the Stadthalle in Offenbach, Germany, 19 July 1972

Side 3 is better G-VG sound recorded live at at The Sports Arena, San Diego, California, June 16, 1976

Side 4 is about VG-EXC with the 1st track being a Segment from a 1975 Midnight Special with Rod Stewart joining Paul and Linda
the rest mostly B-Sides of 45s with the last 2 tracks from the TV special James Paul McCartney March 1973

correct titles for song 3 on side 1 is Best Friend song 5 on Side 1 is I Would Only Smile
and for song 5  on side 3 is Soily
and last song on Side 4 is Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey

This double LP is still SEALED but I posted what it looks like from my open copy
