PAUL McCARTNEY & WINGS - 'RED ROSE SPEEDWAY'
Scarce Laminated UK pressing of Wings' 1973 LP on EMI/Parlophone label: PCTC 251

Matrix and stamper details: Side 1: YEX 903-3  2/GGH Side 2: YEX 904-3  1/GRR
The vinyl is in excellent condition with only very light marks. It plays through with only light background noise:
'Excellent (EX) The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality.'
Housed within an extremely rare outer laminated 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed gatefold cover, with 12-page colour booklet stapled inside the gatefold. There is some edge wear and wrinkling to the laminate and a very small piece of the outer edge missing on the rear opening edge of the gatefold (see photos). The booklet is in nice shape. Going by Record Collector's grading criteria, I would say the sleeve is in very good condition, but it is by no means perfect:

'Very Good (VG) Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects is acceptable.'

Original EMI 'Patent Nos. 1,125,555' inner-sleeve.
