top & bottom seams are beginning to split (4 inches each)

however, the vinyl is clean & scratch free: occasional hairline/small scuff of both sides of vinyl 

visually, the record grades, at least, 8.5 on a 10 point scale

possible light spindle marks on labels  

record has been play tested // 60 year old vinyl plays well & quietly
