Description
This is part of a big auction full of 1950's blues and R&B 45's that I'm running this week. There are many rarities from Peacock & Savoy as well as several from smaller labels. Lots of gems here! Keep an eye on the store as well, I'm doing a jazz 45's auction starting in early February.

Release: The Checker Dots - All I Hear / Alpha Omega
Format: 45 rpm 7" single
Year: 1958
Notes: Promo 1st pressing on white label. The first and only record released by this group. Side A is a poppy/doo-wop style teen song about homework. The B-side is quite the opposite though. It's a moody, soulful track with a great reverbed vocal.
Vinyl Condition: VG+, vinyl is in great shape with hardly any wear at all, very close to EX. Looks very clean and sounds great with no skips/ticks/bumps, plays with hardly any background noise at all. Labels are nice, with no writing/tearing/stickers. There is just a hint of light ring scuffing. This is a really nice copy overall.
