This is an extremely rare (perhaps the rarest) pearl jam release that was given as a promotional drawing by 105.7 the Point in St. Louis at Vintage Vinyl Record store in 1996.

in near mint condition (one corner of jacket is slightly bent).....opened but LPs have never been played.
