This is the real deal, not the boots that are floating around. I'm the original owner and was one of the lucky recipients who got one of these back in the day. Also includes the RARE poster that was given away with the albums. Came directly from the now defunct Colby Poster Printing Company. Hard to let this one go...
Original Press 2 x Vinyl LP, colored marbled green that, famously, came out looking like toothpaste green swirl. These were PROMO, "Not For Sale" albums given away on KPNT - The Point 105,7 FM (St. Louis, Missouri).
Only 500 LPs were pressed and handed to fans.
CONDITION: Original owner, well cared for. The LPs are NM/EX. Only played a few times. They were originally in white paper sleeves but I moved them to poly-lined sleeves way back then. As mentioned, the LPs are officially "marbled green" but the presser used a coke bottle green and it came out looking like a mint toothpaste green with some swirling. This is well documented about this album. Do a little research and you'll see what I mean. Also, these are the ONLY colored pressings that were handed out to the public. 500 total. Any other color variations out there are not authentic. Note: There is a white label, black vinyl test pressing version that the original presser says is authentic but those were never handed out to the public as part of the KPNT giveaway.
The Gatefold Cover is EX/VG+. Very little wear for it's age. No damage of note.
The orignal 14 x 22 poster is in great shape. Again, a very limited print from Colby Poster Printing Company.
