PAYMENT, SHIPPING AND INSURANCE POLICIES AND RELATED BUSINESS:

Pay through Paypal. No checks. No items will be shipped until payment is received.  Payment must be received within 10 days of auction's close. If you are local and can meet up to pay within 10 days of auction close I can accept payment upon in-person pickup.

I will only ship to the address listed in your paypal account. It is against paypal/ebay rules to ship anywhere else. So don't pay and ask me to ship it to another address.

I pack records to collector standards: records outside picture sleeves, in sturdy mailers with proper cardboard reinforcement, and sealed tightly.

Domestic postage is Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and, if your item sells for over $70, insurance. $2.50 handling fee covers USPS Delivery Confirmation (NOT optional) and my mailing supplies/time.

International shipping is via USPS First Class or Priority International. All international postage costs include a $3.50 fee for packing/handling. If sent by First Class International, handling includes a Certificate of Mailing; if sent by Priority International handling includes insurance for any item that sells for over $70.

*UK/EUROPE BIDDERS: Some buyers have been caught off guard by duty taxes when their items arrive. When bidding please keep in mind that you may have to pay duty when your item arrives, and that duty taxes are not within my control.

Domestic and international rates are calculated by USPS based your location.

Please note that handling time means it may take up to three days to pack/mail your item, and that time is in addition to the time USPS takes to get the item from here to your house. Also note that the USPS shipping time means business days, and weekends are generally not business days. Bear these two facts in mind when worrying and/or leaving feedback about shipping time.

This is my standard postage policy and I reserve the right to stick to it. However, I will generally accommodate reasonable requests for other postage options, but you must communicate your preference clearly and no later than the moment you pay for the item.

I will combine similar items to ease shipping costs, provided the items end within 7 days of one another.
